What an incredible learning and sharing experience!
Attending Thinkers50 is always a privilege — a gathering that brings together some of the world’s sharpest minds from academia, business, and thought leadership. It’s where ideas from Harvard, MIT, London Business School, Cambridge, Columbia, and Fortune 500 boardrooms meet to challenge how we think about leadership, innovation, digital transformation, strategy, and the future of work.
This year’s Thinkers50 was truly exceptional — my third time attending, and once again, I left inspired and filled with new possibilities.
Key reflections and takeaways:
- Great leadership begins with ambition — it’s how meaningful work gets done.
- Courage and purpose are the new leadership ammo in a world that will always remain uncertain.
- We don’t need more data — we need wisdom in how we use it to make better decisions and shape a better world.
- Curiosity is a leader’s greatest ally — never accept the world as it is. Ask questions, explore, lead even when afraid, but never stand still.
- The rise of AI is not here to replace us — it’s here to challenge and evolve us as human beings.
My biggest takeaway? The possibilities are endless — if we choose to see them. As practitioners, we can either be part of the problem or the solution, depending on how we shape our perspectives.
Sometimes fear holds us; sometimes courage moves us — but growth comes from stepping forward regardless.
Already looking forward to Thinkers50 2026 — for more learning, reflection, and reimagining what’s possible.
