There’s so much to learn from DBS, especially about leadership. As John Maxwell reminds us, “everything rises and falls on leadership.” Under the guidance of former CEO Piyush Gupta, DBS transformed into one of the World’s Best Banks — recognized for its innovation, people development, service culture, and most recently, as the Best AI Bank.
