We can only operate, think, and create from what we know. That’s why it’s essential to stay curious, agile, and reflective—constantly exploring how the world evolves and how we can adapt within our own spaces, communities, and nation.
During my recent visit to the LinkedIn APAC Office with my friends and co-founders of MAHRP, we had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how transformative cultures thrive in the modern workplace. We learned how adaptive organizations navigate global change while staying true to their purpose—and what lessons we can bring back home.
The world is moving fast and full of uncertainty, but the most successful organizations are those that can change, adapt, and inspire others to do the same. The story and culture of LinkedIn stand as a world-class example of this evolution.
